Watching the Sunrise 1

We only have a few more weeks here in Florida so we are trying to make the most of them. (aka: going to the beach A LOT) We decided to wake up early one morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean. For the first time all summer I woke the kids up instead of them shouting at us to get up. It was a beautiful morning and we had such a great time being at the beach as a family

I really don't know where the sand ends and our little boy begins. Being completely covered in sand never bothers him.

In our apartment complex there are several large ponds with a walkway around them. If you go around 9:00 at night you will see HUGE toads. I have been trying to get the kids to bed early this summer so that when school starts it won't be to big of a change. But for FHE one night we let the kids stay up and we went on a frog hunt. The kids had a blast! They laughed the whole time. We brought a cardboard box to keep them in and by the time we had walked around once we must have caught over 20 toads. We never go a accurate count because they kept hopping out. I of course brought our camera and went to take the first picture and the battery died. So these photo's are from Steven's phone.
